Intelligent Partial Rehabilitation at the Highest Level

Quick-Lock is the only partial, infinitely variable rehabilitation system working on the basis of compression. It was developed 15 years ago by UHRIG Canal Engineering GmbH. Today it has matured into a highly efficient system with an intelligent offset procedure and using robot technology.

Highest Efficiency in Canal Rehabilitation

When developing Quick-Lock we placed special attention on the very simple, assembly-like offset procedure. Thanks to this and because of the minimum pre-handling of the old pipe, mistakes in the service could almost completely be excluded.



The procedure, proven in practice 50,000 times and approved by the Deutsche Institut für Bautechnik [German Institute for Building Engineering], can be installed in all kinds of pipes and in the nominal diameters of 150 – 800 millimetres. The working material used, V4A stainless steel (working material 1.4404) and EPDM rubber have proven themselves for many decades in the construction of conduits and sewage treatment plants.
