The proven Quick-Lock system was rigorously enhanced for use in walk-in, round piping systems.



Quick-Lock sleeves consist of a two-part full surfaced stainless steel sleeve out of V4A stainless steel and an EPDM rubber gasket. The separable sleeve can be brought via the access opening into the pipe system without any problems. The system is mounted at the damaged location in a few minutes and expanded using a newly developed hydraulic tool.

The Quick-Lock BIG system was specially developed for the sealing of bushings and radial cracks in circular profiles; the sealing occurs on the basis of compression.
