System Description
The Quick-Lock stainless steel pressure sleeves are rolled narrower than the pipe to be rehabilitated. The sleeve is surrounded by a seamless, finished EPDM compression sealing. Two gear mechanisms integrated into the stainless steel sleeve allow the sleeve to emerge through the expanding with a Quick-Lock offset packer and prevent a return of the sleeve through a blocking mechanism after applying the optimal compression.
The Quick-Lock sleeves are offset with specially developed and pneumatically operated packers that are adjusted for the sleeves. The offset packer is positioned via a TV or robot system at the damaged position.
Materials: V4A and EPDM rubber
The material used namely V4A stainless steel (working material 1.4404) and EPDM rubber have proven themselves for decades in the construction of conduits and sewage treatment plant ...
Statics
The Quick Lock collar made of stainless steel and an EPDM compression seal makes it possible.
As the first partial repair system, Quick Lock possesses structural standards for the old pipe condition II (longitudinal cracks/shard formations).
Flushing Test
Within a short time, the new standard DIN 19523 will replace the Hamburger Spülversuch [Hamburg flushing test].
